If you're hosting it, we’ll bring the bar. Don’t see your event type listed? Just ask—we’re happy to accommodate custom occasions.


No, we do not supply alcohol. You provide the wine, beer, and/or liquor for your event. We’ll guide you on how much to buy based on your guest count and drink menu.


No, we do not bring ice. We recommend 1–2 pounds of ice per guest. We’ll let you know how much you’ll need based on your event and selected drinks.


Every package provides a complete mobile bartending experience, including professional bartenders, mixers, fresh garnishes, cups, napkins, and setup essentials. The specific offerings vary by package, so we recommend reviewing our Wine & Beer, Wine & Beer + Cocktails, and Full Bar Service options to see what best fits your event.


Pricing depends on your guest count, selected package, and any add-ons.

For every 50 additional guests, we add one more bartender to ensure quality service. We'll adjust your quote based on your final guest count.

Yes! If your home or venue doesn’t have a bar area, we offer a portable bar table rental as an add-on.


To reserve your event, we require a deposit at the time of booking. Once your deposit is received, your date is confirmed on our calendar and your bartending package is secured.


We primarily serve Nassau and Suffolk County, bringing the full experience directly to your home or venue. For clients hosting in NYC or the Hamptons, we’re happy to accommodate with a custom travel fee, ensuring the same elevated service wherever you celebrate.


Absolutely! If your package includes signature cocktails or full bar service, we’ll work with you to create a menu that matches your event and guests' preferences.


Yes! We can craft mocktails and provide mixers and garnishes for non-alcoholic options. Just let us know during booking.


Yes! Party Bar 2 U comes with two bartenders.


We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date and package are available. For peak seasons and holiday weekends, securing your event even earlier is highly encouraged, as availability is limited.


To secure your date, we require a non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel, the deposit serves as the cancellation fee, as our team and resources are reserved exclusively for your celebration.
